PADDING PRODUCTS
Non woven scrim reinforced calendar clothing for Multi-turn Ironers
(Weight range from 400 gm/m2 to 1300gm/m2). Polyester padding manufactured from 100% polyester fibres used primarily on ironers running at 'normal' temperatures, that is up to a maximum of 150°C.
Polyester / Wool Padding
Manufactured from wool and polyester fibres, used on ironers running at slightly above 'normal' temperatures but primarily where highly starched work is undertaken.
Polyester / Nomex® High Temperature Padding
Consisting of 100% Nomex® fibres on one side and 100% polyester fibres on the other. Usedon ironers running at temperatures from 150°C to 180°C.
100% Nomex® High Temperature Padding
Manufactured from 100% Nomex® fibres. Used on ironers running at high speeds and temperatures in excess of 180°C. Offering the same benefits as above in respect of thermal, chemical and mechanical resistance.
Nomex® with Nomex® & P.T.F.E blended working surface (AXTF Range)
Nomex® padding with a heat shield of Nomex® & P.T.F.E fibres on working surface, which reduces abrasion and delays spoiling. This product has the added benefit of low co-efficient of friction and adhesion plus p.t.f.e generates less static electricity than any other fibre currently used in the manufacture of ironer clothing to date.

(Weight range from 200gm/m2 to 4000 gm/m2)
Polyester (T Design)
2 Polyester / Nomex® (AXT Design)
Felt covered with a heat shield in needled poly-aramid fibres.
Working temperature until 190°C.
3 Ployester with Aramid & P.T.F.E ( AXTF Desing)
Felt covered with a heat shild of Aramid & PTFE fibres on working surface which reduce abrasion and delay spoiling.
